These terms govern your use of CifraPulse. Please read the billing and disclaimer sections carefully — CifraPulse is an information service, not advice.

By creating an account or using CifraPulse, you agree to these terms.
Description of service
CifraPulse aggregates public-contracting records from official sources and presents them sourced and dated, connected into one view. It is an information and intelligence service.
Reading without an account
Most of CifraPulse can be read with no account at all — the opportunity board and individual notices, awards, sectors, buyer and entity pages, and search. These pages are public and carry the same sourced, dated records a signed-in reader sees. We do not require registration to read.
Free accounts
A CifraPulse account is free and permanent. We do not collect a payment card to open one, and you are never charged for it. An account is required only for features that keep or act on your own work — saving a subject, your daily desk, dismissing and restoring notices, the pipeline, Passport requirement checks, exports, saved searches and alerts. Every account has the same full access; there are no feature tiers.
No paid plans at this time
CifraPulse currently has no paid subscription. We do not charge for the service, we do not collect payment details, and no feature is withheld pending payment. If we introduce a paid plan in future we will describe it here and give notice before it applies to you, and it will not retroactively affect work you have already saved.
Ending your account
You may stop using CifraPulse at any time and ask us to delete your account and the work saved under it. Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel and no billing period to run out.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape beyond your plan’s limits, or abuse the platform or its API.
Data provided “as is” — not advice
CifraPulse aggregates public records and presents them as facts, sourced and dated. The data is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
CifraPulse does NOT provide legal, procurement, investment, credit, underwriting, or financial advice, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation, score, or prediction. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for verifying any figure with the contracting authority or original source before acting on it.
Intellectual property
The platform, brand, and original compilations and resolutions are owned by CifraPulse. The underlying public records remain public.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CifraPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
