This policy describes the data CifraPulse collects, why, and the choices you have. It reflects our current practices and is written in plain language.
When you create an account we collect your work email and a password (stored only as a salted hash — we never store it in plain text). During onboarding you may optionally tell us your persona (e.g. contractor, investor, government buyer) and your first focus (e.g. track recompetes). These are optional, you can skip them, and we use them only to tailor which real data we show you first.
To operate and improve CifraPulse, tailor your first view to the persona/focus you chose, communicate with you about the service, and keep it secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We record anonymous first-party funnel events (for example: a signup completed, a persona selected, a page viewed, a paywall reached) with the surface and tier — never your email, name, or account id alongside them. These are cookieless and always on.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage. Its analytics cookies are set ONLY if you accept them in the cookie banner (Consent Mode v2 — denied by default); decline and no Google Analytics cookies are stored. We do not use advertising pixels, ad personalization, or session-replay.
We share data only with infrastructure/service providers needed to run the platform, under appropriate agreements, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
We use an essential, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, including your persona and focus. Email privacy@cifrapulse.com and we will act on verified requests.
We retain account data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Anonymous analytics events contain no personal identifiers.
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data, including hashed passwords and signed, httpOnly session tokens. See our Security page.
